USPA Sigma Tandem CourseTuesday, April 17- Thursday, April 19 Michael Wadkins from Xcel Skydiving will be holding a sigma tandem course. Please look on xcelskydiving.com for course fees and information. Tuesday, April 17 -Thursday April 18 is for peopel cross training. All 3 days are for new ratings. CRW Canopy Course with Jim RasmussenFriday, April 20th - Sunday, April 22 Want to learn a bit about CRW? Join Jim Rasmussen in a Friday night discussion (the discussion time is TBA)! Saturday and Sunday will be filled with jumps (expect 3-6 per day, jumps may vary). Please join our event on facebook to learn more! Sign up sheet will be available in manifest starting March 31, you willl need to write down your wing loading and your canopy size on the sheet. CPR ClassFriday, April 27 at 6:00 PM Join us for a CPR class. Limited slots available, 15 people max. Class will be $30 (cash only). Sign up with Laura at manifest beginning March 3st. Expect to be here for 3 hours. USPA Coach CourseFriday, May 4 - Sunday, May 6 Coach course held by Laura Morris. $50 deposit required starting March 31st. Limited spots available. Water TrainingFriday, May 18th at 7:00 PM Water training is a requirement to get your B license. Even if you are just starting out AFF, it is a good idea to join us for water training as we only hold 1 or 2 classes a season. Meet at the DZ at 6:00 PM and we will move to our destination as a group. Destination NOT confirmed yet, please stand by. (Small fee is requried to pay for pool rental, will most more details soon) PD Flight 1 Canopy CourseFriday, June 22- Sunday, June 24 PD has modified their course outline and will now be offering 4 Modules. When you sign up for the course, let us know what Module you need, and we will modify the courses offered as necessary. Maximum: 10 people per class Charge: $150 (plus 5 jumps) Requirements: cleared for self supervision (Aff Level 8 and above) Friday- Module 1 Saturday- Module 1 Sunday- Module 2 Sign up sheet will be available in manifest starting March 31, $50 deposit is required to secure your spot. Transition from Old Curriculum: Any skydivers that attended a Flight-1 Essential Skills Course within two years of their next course, will be considered eligible to sign up directly for Flight 102. Any skydivers that attended a Flight-1 Advanced Skills Course within two years of their next course will be able to sign up for Flight 202 if they wish. Tandem For TroopsFriday, July 20- Sunday, July 22 Every year, Skydive Midwest holds our annual fundraiser for the Wounded Warrior Project. During this event, combat disabled veterans can jump with us for free, as we honor them for their sacrifices. Family members can jump with us for only $160. Jump for AutismSaturday, August 4 The Angels of Autism will be holding their 2nd Annual Jump for Autism fundraiser with us! Help raise money for a good cause.
